Return Policy
At ACFM Inc., we stand behind every product we sell and want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect if an issue arises with your order.
Returns & Product Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If any items are missing, damaged, or defective, please contact ACFM customer support as soon as possible for assistance. Early reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently on your behalf.
Freight Damage Claims
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, you must report it to the freight carrier within 7 business days of receipt and request a formal inspection. Please retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved. Materials that have been discarded or altered may not qualify for replacement or credit consideration. ACFM Inc. cannot process credit for any items that have been discarded prior to carrier inspection.
Return Authorization Requirements
If a return becomes necessary, customers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from ACFM before returning any product. Return requests should generally be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days of RMA authorization. Returns received after the approved timeframe may be refused.
All returned items must:
- Include a valid RMA number
- Be securely packaged for shipment
- Be shipped freight prepaid by the customer
- Comply with all applicable shipping and transportation regulations
Shipments returned without prior authorization or without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
Certain approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition, type, or manufacturer requirements of the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned for credit under any circumstances:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery
- Items with opened, damaged, or missing original packaging
- Products damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging
- Special orders, custom-built units, or made-to-order configurations
- Items past their manufacturer's expiration date or with insufficient shelf life remaining for resale
- Any product returned without a valid RMA number
