Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice. For accounts with established credit terms, payment is due within the period specified. 6. Orders and Quotations

All written quotations issued by ACFM Inc. are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding purchase commitments and are subject to final confirmation by ACFM Inc.

Purchase orders submitted by customers are subject to acceptance by ACFM Inc. An order is not considered accepted until confirmed in writing by an authorized ACFM Inc. representative. ACFM Inc. reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.

Any modifications to an accepted order must be submitted in writing and are subject to ACFM Inc.'s approval. Changes may result in price adjustments or extended lead times.

7. Shipping and Delivery

ACFM Inc. ships products from our Houston, Texas, facility. Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ACFM Inc. is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier at our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage or shortage in accordance with our Return Policy.

For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable import regulations, duties, and taxes.

8. Warranty

Products sold by ACFM Inc. are subject to the warranty terms provided by the original manufacturer. ACFM Inc. passes through all applicable manufacturer warranties to the extent permitted.
