The DVJ & DPJ vacuum blowers in this series are engineered for applications requiring deep vacuum levels and high-pressure performance. DVJ units incorporate an integral cooling design that allows operation beyond conventional vacuum limits, while DPJ units utilize WHISPAIR™ jet technology to control temperature and pressure.
Standard dry vacuum exhausters are typically limited to approximately 16" Hg due to high discharge temperatures. DVJ blowers overcome this limitation by introducing cooling air into the compression chamber, preventing overheating and enabling operation at significantly higher vacuum levels.
The units are constructed with integral-shaft ductile iron impellers, grey iron casings and headplates, and carburized alloy steel timing gears. Cylindrical roller bearings and splash lubrication systems ensure durability and long service life.
