ACFM employs experienced, factory-trained personnel to service a wide range of equipment, including Roots™, Gardner Denver, Sutorbilt, Cycloblower, Duroflow, Tuthill (MD Pneumatics), Hibon, Aerzen, and Robuschi units. For large blowers and centrifugal systems, we coordinate with our Houston Service Center to provide complete support.
Detailed Repair Process
- Complete teardown and evaluation with documented inspection of worn or damaged components
- Detailed repair quotation for customer approval before proceeding
- Sandblasting and cleaning of impellers, cylinders, and headplates
- Replacement using only genuine factory-authorized parts
- Precision gear timing and restoration to original factory clearances
- Surface refinishing with high-gloss protective coating
Performance Assurance
Each rebuilt unit is restored to factory tolerances, ensuring dependable operation and extended service life. Mechanical run testing is available upon request for larger units to verify performance prior to shipment.
Warranty & Support
All repairs include a 1-year warranty on Roots blower replacement parts and labor, with additional support available to maintain optimal blower performance and minimize downtime in critical industrial applications.
