ROOTS™ Universal 718 URAI
The ROOTS™ Universal 718 URAI Rotary Positive Displacement Blower, Frames 22 thru 718, is engineered for high-volume industrial airflow applications with capacities to 2316 CFM and operating pressures to 7 psi. Precision-machined bi-lobe impellers, carburized alloy steel spur timing gears, oversized anti-friction bearings, and a rigid cast iron casing support dependable continuous-duty operation. Synthetic blower oil provides an estimated 4000–8000 hour lubricant life at approximately 180°F operating temperature.

Warranty Information
ROOTS™ Universal RAI® blowers are backed by a 2-year warranty with an additional 6 months covering shipping and construction where applicable. ROOTS synthetic lubricants are recommended to maximize lubricant life and long-term blower reliability. The initial oil change should be completed after the first 100 operating hours. Under standard operating temperatures near 180°F (82°C), synthetic blower oil typically provides 4000 to 8000 hours of service life. Oil life decreases significantly as operating temperatures increase by increments of 15°F to 18°F (8°C to 10°C).
