Roots RCS Series Rotary Blowers
The rotary positive displacement blowers in the RCS series are designed for high-capacity industrial applications requiring reliable and continuous operation. These units incorporate piston ring seals to reduce leakage through shaft openings and lip-type seals to prevent lubrication from entering the air chamber.
Constructed with integral-shaft ductile iron impellers featuring an involute profile, the RCS series ensures efficient airflow and durability. The casing, headplates, gear cover, and end cover are manufactured from grey iron, while carburized and ground alloy steel spur timing gears are securely taper-mounted on the shafts.
