ROOTS™ 42 Universal RAI-G™ Blower

The ROOTS™ 42 URAI-G gas blower is designed for continuous-duty gas handling systems with airflow up to 187 CFM, operating pressures to 15 PSI, vacuum capability to 16" Hg, and maximum operating speeds of 3600 RPM. Part of the URAI-G Blowers Frames 32 thru 615 series, this heavy-duty rotary blower incorporates mechanical seals, precision-machined two-lobe impellers, 1/8″ NPT purge ports, ground steel shafts, anti-friction bearings, and a rigid cast iron casing to deliver reliable leak-tested gas transfer performance in industrial applications up to 240°F. ROOTS™ synthetic oil and grease are highly recommended to maximize lubrication efficiency, operating reliability, and long-term rotary blower performance.
