The ROOTS™ Universal RAI blower Model 36 URAI incorporates precision-machined cast iron involute impellers with carburized and ground alloy steel spur timing gears secured to steel shafts using taper mounts and locknuts for accurate rotor synchronization. Oversized anti-friction bearings with a cylindrical roller drive-end bearing support continuous-duty operation, while detachable steel mounting feet allow four-position shaft configuration for vertical or horizontal installation.
