Warranty Information

Impellers

Machined and dynamically balanced ductile iron impellers with integral shafts are manufactured per ASTM 536 Class 60-45-12 and 80-60-3 standards for increased strength during maximum load operation. Computer-designed impeller profiles help improve operating efficiency and airflow consistency.

Bearings

Extra capacity cylindrical roller bearings are designed to provide extended bearing life under maximum load and speed conditions. The drive shaft bearing delivers significantly longer service life compared to competitive units using standard ball bearings.

Gears

Precision spur timing gears are manufactured from SAE 8620 steel, carburized, and ground to 58–62 RC hardness for dependable continuous duty operation without creating damaging thrust loads.

Seals

Main air seals use piston ring-style sealing for minimum leakage. Bearing and drive shaft oil seals are Viton lip-type seals engineered for demanding, severe-duty industrial environments.
