All Roots industrial vacuum blowers in the RAM-VJ series are engineered for applications requiring deeper vacuum levels and controlled temperature operation. These units utilize water injection through an inlet spray nozzle, combined with a seal water flow meter, to cool the blower during operation.
Roots VJ vacuum blowers can handle a limited quantity of liquid without damage. This capability allows sealing water to be introduced at the inlet, improving operating efficiency and reducing internal temperature rise. In some applications, part or all of the sealing water may already be present in the process stream.
To ensure reliable and consistent performance, these Vacuum Blowers must be operated within specified limits. Proper operation is essential to maintain efficiency and long-term durability.
