Engineered with a rigid cast iron casing, 1.375″ ground steel shafts, precision bi-lobe impellers, dual splash oil lubrication, oversized anti-friction bearings, and Howden’s figure-eight gearbox design, it provides optimized oil distribution, thermal stability to 250°F, and long-term operational reliability.

Roots URAI DSL blowers are backed by a 2-year warranty with an additional 6 months covering shipping and construction where applicable. Roots synthetic lubricants are recommended to maximize lubricant life and blower reliability. Oil sight glasses are provided for accurate oil level monitoring during operation.
